With this, we analyze the strengths and weaknesses of technical facilities using clearly defined evaluation processes and in doing so obtain a transparent and clear basis for evaluating the risks of buying or selling a property.

The Due Diligence process is complemented by a so-called CapEx-list (capital expenditure) showing the risks staggered according to the date of property delivery or the continuation of work in an assumed time period. This helps sellers, buyers, but also real estate companies undertake financial planning using a precise catalogue of measures.
