Services in Line with HOAI in the Area of MEP Design Services

K+S is authorized and licensed to perform engineering services according to the German ordinance concerning fees for the services of architects and engineers (HOAI) in the area of MEP Design Services. In this framework, we offer standard services as well as special services concerning technical facilities and building services engineering.

The technical facilities in building services engineering cover the following groups of systems:


  • Sewage, water and gas systems
  • Heating systems
  • Ventilation
  • Cooling
  • High-voltage systems
  • Telecommunication and IT facilities
  • Conveyor systems
  • Systems for specific usage (sprinkler)
  • Building automation systems / process measuring and control systems

The service package for building services engineering covers services for new systems, reconstruction, expansion, system alterations, modernizations, maintenance and repair.

Together with our clients, we determine the eligible project-related costs and investments for the individual systems, the basis for the evaluation of fees and salary classifications according to German law.
