Revitalization

In downtown locations, clients and project initiators are often in favor of revitalization or changing the use of existing structures. For many years K+S has been active in modernizing existing property and revitalizing historical buildings.

This is often connected with either a fundamental change in use, such as reletting a property, or newly developed demands concerning comfort.

Together with the client, we develop a concept including measures and suggestions for the property based on precise structural surveys, property evaluations and analyses. This concept serves the client as a basis for reaching decisions. In our concept, we always put a special focus on the reduction of energy consumption in the course of an extensive modernization or revitalization of a building.
