We at K+S consist of about 100 highly qualified and committed colleagues from different professions: engineers, technicians, technical draftsmen (CAD), office staff and several trainees.

In all projects, we work together across all disciplines. How well we get along in doing so is crucial for us enjoying our work – and for the results we achieve for our clients.

A distinct culture of dialogue and cooperation with all planning and project partners plays a large role not only under our own roof, but also with our clients from around the world. The requirements towards professional and personal qualifications of every individual are accordingly high.

Taking on responsibility and organizing things independently, direct, fast communication routes and the freedom of making own decisions, match the needs of our employees, but also are the essential factors for success in managing our complex tasks.
