Aside from classical engineering services according to the German fee ordinance (HOAI), we also perform services in technical due diligence, energy consulting and concepts, site development and technical controlling and monitoring.

We plan technical facilities in buildings of all kinds. Among others, these can be sanitary, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, conveyor, electricity and fire extinguishing systems as well as building automation systems. For this purpose, we conduct tenders and are responsible for placing contracts and construction supervision.
